Sara Jo is a licensed massage therapist from Middletown, CT. She graduated top of her class at the CT Center for Massage Therapy in 2018 and also studied bodywork and natural skincare at Goddard College in Plainfield Vermont. 

She is a certified member of the Association for Bodywork and Massage Professionals (ABMP), and level 1 attuned Reiki practitioner and specializes in Swedish relaxation massage, deep tissue / orthopedic massage, reiki massage, prenatal massage, and Himalayan Salt Stone massage.

Sara Jo has a passion for helping others to achieve their self-care goals, and to further their mind-body connection through bodywork and energy work. She approaches her massage practice with a primary focus on her clients’ specific needs, delivering a truly customized massage experience every time.
